A sneak peek at my new closet--I spent many hours last week after work and on Friday night unpacking the multiple boxes piled in the second bedroom. Try to figure out where to put what, buying new hangers for skirts (not shown) as I've always folded them, and much more.
While the other side of the room still has a few unpacked boxes, things are finally coming together and since my guy's parents were coming on Saturday, I had some serious fire under my butt to get organized.

Saturday lunch at a new Thai/Viet restaurant in Chinatown.
Outfit deets: H&M tank (same as above--doing double duty), Lululemon sports bra & Adidas leggings.
Late afternoon gym sesh (so would have preferred to watched episodes of Suits in lieu).
I made Guiness pulled pork in the slow cooker on Saturday so we had sandwiches when we got back from working out around 7pm. I topped them with sautéed red onion & red pepper, along with horse radish, mayo and jalapeño havarti.
I had throw two cans of coconut milk in the fridge on Friday night in preparation of making these amazing chocolate peanut-butter pudding. They turned out amazing and were a total hit with my guy too (a real win win!).
Yves Rocher sent me this amazing pack of their new Summer collection--I'm already loving the citrusy scent and wearing it on the daily. I'll report back about the rest as the collection comes out in stores next months.

Sunday morning we did chest but threw in a few tricep exercises. I also climbed the stair master for 15 minutes! Huge accomplishment as (1) I am not a huge fan of cardio and (2) I can barely do three minutes on that thing (tip: pace yourself & have good music).
Then we went back to our old stompin' grounds for breakfast--it's been over a month since we've been there and it was seriously ah-maze-ing.
It rained like crazy on Sunday afternoon and we ran errands after the gym and bought new pillows. This is the view from one side of our condo.

Phyllo pizza: 9 sheets of phyllo, thawed, topped with goat cheese, red onion, grape tomatoes and zucchini. Baked for ~30 mins at 350 or until browned edges.
On Sunday we had a friend over for dinner and a catch up, which was awesome. I made a phyllo pizza appetizer to snack on before we ordered...
...Indian food! We cracked a bottle of wine we were given as a housewarming and had a super evening catching up.
